The homeowner’s of this Metro West 90’s house had a clear vision of what they wanted the transformation from production to custom to be. Andersen doors, high end window door sliders on the 3 walls surrounds the pool, accented with lights & fountain features. There is a mural near the 8′ Windoor that has a stained alder wood frame that is next to the summer kitchen. All the Windoor sliders are accented with hand painted tiles. All of the windows were replaced with custom insulated windows; fully cased with wood, stained and lacquered.
A guest bedroom was changed into a personal gym with a mirrored wall and stained maple ballet bars. The venetian plaster and faux painting changed the ceilings, walls and interior doors to give the home a remarkable rustic Mediterranean theme. The soffitts at the formal living room, artistically take on the look of ancient stone with splendid paintings of angelic cherubs on the ceiling. Together, the designing couple put there plan in place from their travels… A true work of art. It is a real pleasure to use our craftsmanship to make their dreams a reality.
